The Brickfish® platform has a sophisticated social media analytics engine which tracks all consumer engagements and interactions within your program.

This powerful social analytics engine monitors and reports engagements from all sources including a brand's website(s), Facebook page and community sites. In addition, we can provide detailed analytics of where consumers are engaging throughout their social graph with your branded content. Be it Facebook, Twitter, blogs, email or a niche social networking site, the Brickfish platform will track it. You will then receive detailed social media campaign reports and social media viral activity reports.

Social Engagement (E-Score)

Social engagement performed by consumers within your program. These engagements include consumer creations; social actions such as "vote," "like" or other; engaged views and reviews.

Frequency

Frequency Number of times an individual user performs a social engagement around the campaign.

Likes, Tweets & Email Opt-Ins

Ability to integrate and implement Facebook brand page "likes" and tracking as a result of the campaign. Integration with brand's Twitter page to provide users with the opportunity to follow the brand. Ability to integrate and track email opt in programs.

Links to Buy

Several programs can integrate and track links to buy which are generated throughout the program. You will receive a report outlining clicks generated for each unique product or service which has been integrated.

Engagement Ratio

This metric tracks the effectiveness of each entry. The calculation shows the power and impact of a single consumer's entry. The ratio shows how many actions (votes, views and reviews) each entry drives.

Time Spent With The Brand

Our social media analytics engine tracks the time a consumer spends with the brand engaging on the social Web. Some implementations can also track the time a consumer spends creating branded UGC.
