Sales Executive

The Sales Executive responsible for establishing Brickfish as The Social Media Solution and driving sales. This position will be responsible for closing sales leads generated by an inside call center as well as fostering relationships and repeat business. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, the ability to sell beyond the numbers and the work ethic to make it happen. Ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast, West Coast, or within the Chicagoland.

• Ideally 5 + years previous sales experience
• Passion to work hard and grow within a startup environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Preferred experience with media buying and planning with solid understanding of online advertising models, social networking and media sites is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge and understanding of online advertising models a definite plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision

• Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing multiple client projects and assisting Sales with these clients. It's very much a people-oriented position, involving development of high-level design concepts for social media campaigns, and ensuring campaigns are executed in an efficient, timely manner. It involves working with internal and external clients, pitching designs, and understanding client needs.

• Ideally 1-3 years previous marketing experience
• Prior Account management experience a plus
• Passion to work hard and grow within a startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with online advertising models, social networking and media sites is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision

Sr Developer / Sr Product Engineer

Sr Developer / Sr Product Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining & deploying Brickfish's social media engagement platforms. This position includes gathering and prioritizing feature and enhancement requests, testing systems, monitoring performance, as well as managing other developers. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, know several software development platforms and have excellent organization and communication skills.

• Ideally 3+ years of experience developing within cloud based Social Media applications.
• Experience with one or more of these development platforms: Microsoft .Net or LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Experience with all the following programming languages and strong UI skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript (proficient in at least one library like jQuery) , and AJAX.
• Strong database skills with MS SQL Server or MySQL.
• Experience working with Social Networking APIs.
• This person must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Experience managing multiple projects and people.
• Passion to work hard and grow within a startup environment.

Customer Service

Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with clients and their contestants regarding active contests and prize fulfillment. This position includes reviewing contest entries, responding to email inquiries, assisting with winner selection process, coordination of winner paperwork, and prize fulfillment. This position has the ability to grow into other positions within the company. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, be tech savy, and have excellent organization and communication skills.
